This outline represents a 'Best Practice' approach to accomplish all necessary pre-requisites prior to implementing your local JDH Group Initiator™ Boot Camp.

Week I

Initiator™ Platinum Customization Survey to be completed and returned to JDH Group
   
JDH Group briefing of Client IT manager
   
(3) 1-hour Customization sessions scheduled with 'Content Experts' and JDH Group

Meeting 1: Review of Client completed Customization Survey; 1:00
Meeting 2: Review of Content and Silver Bullet development; 1:00
Meeting 3: Review, Edits and Signoff; 0:45

Initiator™ System downloaded to 'Content Experts'/Management Desktops
   
X2 CD Learning courses to participating management (To be reviewed twice)
   
X2 CD Learning courses to participating sales reps (To be reviewed twice)
   
X2 On-line Assessment Administrative 3-tier view set up (Names and E-mail addresses of participating reps sent to JDH Group)
   
X2 On-line Assessments completed by both sales reps and management (Minimum score of 85%)
   
JDH Group Introductory conference call to sales group

Week II

Sales rep prospect 'Target List' prepared and ready (Minimum of 150 Companies and Contacts)
   
Initiator™ customization signed off by Client
   
Customized Initiator™ System downloaded to participating sales reps/management Desktops
   
Management Monitored' review of customized Initiator™ Desktop training Tool by participating sales reps/management (30 minutes per day for 1 week)

Week III

JDH Group (2-Day) Initiator™ Boot Camp
JDH Group Executive Summary and Analysis to Management
28-Day 'Handshake" Process
